The conference themes were sustainability, supply chain resilience and software.
Under the motto “REThink Automotive”, industry experts discussed how to achieve climate goals and sustainable production, designing resilient supply chains, and the development and increasingly important role of software in tomorrow’s vehicles!
REHAU | Automotive is a reliable, innovative partner committed to sustainability, so our CEO Dr Markus Distelhoff appeared at the conference as a keynote speaker.
His lecture topic: CO2 footprints & the circular economy – drivers of process changes
REHAU | Automotive takes responsibility. We have set ourselves the goal of climate-neutral production worldwide from 2025. From 2030, each of our products will be emission-free on balance.
We will achieve this by making greater use of renewable energy sources, optimising our production networks and intensifying the circular economy.
Dr Markus Distelhoff outlined some concrete examples of these measures at the conference. This made REHAU | Automotive stand out, because few other speakers were able to put forward specific measures and savings targets beyond paying lip service to sustainability.
